Stopped by for the grand opening in Kyle. They were busy, as expected. All staff were super friendly. I ordered a steak bowl, with lots of veggies, extra pico, and cilantro. It was so yummy. I will def be back. Great Job Freebirds!
We went to Freebirds for the first time last night and it was great! One in our group ordered a bowl with chicken while the rest of us got burritos. There were so many ways to build those and they were all very tasty.
10 out of 10 for this visit. This was my first time eating free birds and I was not disappointed. The prices were reasonable for the amount that you get. As you can see in the picture, it is an extremely large burrito. I ordered the monster with chicken. I highly recommend this place. If you are looking for a good burrito. I would definitely be returning soon.
The soft opening was 100% successful. The food was so fresh and there was meat in every bite. The monster bowl is more than enough for lunch and dinner. I so excited for Freebirds and I will definitely be a returning customer. The fresh veggies, lean meats and protein makes it a very wholesome choice. The queso is the best and the guac is so fresh. Amazing!!
Excellent service by Torri the burrito smith. I always come here for lunch when my job takes me to this area. Always super clean and welcoming with fantastic food and top notch service. Highly recommended and will be back again!
I don’t give ratings enough but for Freebirds, it’s a must! Backstory, i had to order chipotle by 2/13 around 4pm for our church event on 2/14. I had a busy day and i ended up trying to order online around 8pm. The site wasn’t accepting my order, so i ran over to the Kyle location thinking it would be no biggie. They made zero effort to offer customer service or help me. I was so sad because i love Chipotle. I prayed and emailed Freebirds. Within 5 minutes, Tala responded! Tala went above and beyond in accommodating same day order & pick up. Wow! What a difference in the service! Freebirds saved the day & we enjoyed a delicious spread for Valentine’s! I’m grateful there are companies that still go above and beyond to serve people. They have our business!
Some days are harder than others. Today was a hard day and Chyenne was so kind! She turned my day around! I hope management understands they have a gem working for them!!!
Got to go through the line while they were training for opening day. Food was great! Came again June 20, 5:50 pm, no cauliflower rice ready, no chicken ready, no chorizo ready, wait won't be 10-15 to get more ready. Decided to pass. Next time.
